Kiran will send you a proof within 48 working hours via e-mail before printing to ensure you're happy with it.

Your Digital Files will be delivered to you within 5 working days. Files will be in PDF and PNG format, please note 

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted on our personalised items as they are personalised to your own specification. We do accept returns on unpersonalised items, the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs and we do advise you send the items tracked.
