  • Returns and refunds are not offered on personalised or digital items
  • This includes all customised designs, e-invites, and self-edit templates
  • We encourage you to review all details carefully before approving your final design

📦 Damaged Items (Printed Orders Only)

In the unlikely event that your printed order arrives damaged, we are here to help.

  • Please email us at info@kraftykaur.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • Once reviewed, a replacement will be arranged promptly at no additional cost
